Dr. Charles E. Kesner II is dedicated to providing the highest level of eye health care. Dr. Kesner obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and was awarded his optometry degree from the University of Missouri School of Optometry. During his tenure at the University of Missouri, Dr. Kesner completed optometric externships in neuro-ophthalmic, retinal, corneal, glaucoma, and cataract training. His
